生徒達の目標を共に考え、それを叶える方法を教える目標を共に考えるというのは、生徒の本当にやりたいことを追求し、目標を設定することにある。また、目標を叶える方法を教えると言うのは、最低限の論理力を生徒に身につけさせ、自分で調べ、考えをまとめられるようにすることである。

I translated it in English.
In summary, his opinion is as follows :
To think together about their own goals and teach how to achieve it for each student.
I explain this sentence with dividing it the first part and the last part.
The first part of this sentence is “to think together about their own goals".
To think together about their own goals means these students can’t find it by themselves or they needs someone’s help to set up it.
First one: they don't figure out what to do or how to set up
Why is that? People usually set up their goals by one’s ownself is natural, because it is your life.
The answer is they can’t do or figure out what they really want to do because of various reasons.
Very interesting
For example, they already give up their possibility by themselves,they have not confidence in themselves, they were kept taking a negative advices from someone such as you can’t do it or your dream will not come true etc, they have not clear vision in their future and so on.
So i thought that the meaning of “to think together" and “to solve their each problem" are almost same in this case.
The last part of this sentence is “teach how to achieve it for each student".
It is a goal think together, that is to say, to teach a way how to achieve goal think together for each student.
To teach a way, it must be already known by person who educate to someone like teacher, coach, leader etc, before teaching for someone.
What is the way?
He says that the way is to look up their questions themselves and clarify their thoughts with getting students minimum required ability to think logically.
Moreover, a concrete example for explanation of minimum required ability to think logically was told me by him.
It is an image that eliminate a situation person don’t understand first step to create a new game. ?
I interpret his example as follws:
First of all, to get starting an actionA for creation of game, and next is to observe and understand that actionA cause resultB. The ability understanding this theory is called as minimum required ability to think logically.
I felt by reading his opinion that he has a belief the ability is necessary to look up their questions themselves and clarify their thoughts needs.
Although i have some questions what is the reason why the way is adequate and there are any other ways or not, for achievement of their own goals, i was short of time.
I wish i had had the minimum required ability to think logically too.
